We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Additionally, if you want to request a return or refund, you must provide a clear video showing the item, our packaging, and the shipping label, with our brand name visible.
To start a return, you can email us at support@purelyx.in or contact us via WhatsApp. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and skincare products cannot be returned. To qualify for a return, the product must be sealed, unused, and in its original condition.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by email or WhatsApp. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
